Cameron Burnett
Cameron is an Insolvency Practitioner with Pearce & Heers, joining the firm in 2023. He has over 10 years as a legal practitioner and 21 years experience in banking and finance loss and mortgage recovery.
His legal experience includes commercial practice, commercial property and retail leasing, civil litigation, debt recovery, asset management and general practice law in Queensland. He has provided practical advice to many small businesses and clients in the manufacturing, rural and retail / commercial sectors.
Cameron has a Bachelor of Laws (QUT) and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Hons) (QUT).
Cameron is admitted to practice with an unrestricted principal’s practicing certificate as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
His pro bono work includes positions on management committees for incorporated associations as governing secretary and legal counsel and as Judicial Chairman for sporting clubs.
